July has been so exciting with all of different types of shooting we have done. We my favorite partner (Belkis and I) recently had the opportunity to create some images for the Awesome Mylk and Hunee. Mylk and Hunee is an “online fashion market place for the fashionably well-informed young woman on her way to make her mark on the world” and was created and operated by the Fabulously Sophisticated Sheena Demby. Sheena is a trained and experienced designer and stylist that set out to create a market place where young women could find items that clearly demonstrated who they are. To truly visually demonstrate this “Young Woman”, we solicited the services of the multi-talented Jennifer Mason of the City Gate Dance Theater Company and let me just say . . . she has it. Here are a few images from our session. It was truly a pleasure to work with Sheena and Jennifer and I cannot wait to see what’s next for this movement.
